• Pedestal mounted Flat Bed Bandfacer with column
  mounted universal tool carrier for chisel blades and
  plane irons 6-75mm in width and cutting edge angles between 20°-35°. Belt type SY390 150 grit (size 100 x 610mm) belt speed 2m/s. Bed working area 108 x 150mm
• Pumped coolant system and reservoir mounted in
  segregated compartment in machine pedestal and
  complete with distribution pipework, taps, delivery
  nozzles and fittings
• Coolant collection tray fitted with sludge trap and
  gravity return to reservoir
• System driven by 0.25kW continuous rated 920rpm
  motor with belt drive totally enclosed within machine pedestal
• Supplied complete with tool tray and blade setting
  guage and emergency stop switch

Optional Extra

• Internal and External gouge sharpening and radiussing system for fitting as either a permanent or a temporary feature. Comprising of a Type A2 32mm conical mounted point on a mounting spindle, total enclosure point guard with viewing window, height adjustable gouge rest and as extension to the standard coolant system.
